• Waiting list requests are made when there are no more slots available but the client wants to be notified about the next available slot in the current batch.• When you're on the waiting list, you don't have to send me in-depth details about the commission yet, just saying you'd be interested is enough! Once it's your turn, we can start talking further about your request.• When a new slot is available the client will be properly notified by me. If I send a message asking for order confirmation and I don't receive any response from the client within 2~3 days, I'll try to contact the client and ask again for confirmation.• Further delays will result in you losing your slot to another client, so it's very important to me that you keep in touch with me constantly if you really want to claim a slot!• I still have all the rights to decline or accept the commission request.

terms of service

Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.

I have the choice to decline any commission that I think is not within my skill level or something I'm uncomfortable with.

Ordering:

• The client is responsible to provide visually clear references of the character requested, such as clothing, mood, expressions, etc;• It must be notified beforehand if the client has any size file specifications for the commission.• Please keep in mind that my art is frequently evolving, so there might be slight differences between the examples and the illustration you will receive.

Payment and Refunds:

• Payment upfront via PayPal.• I'll only ask for payment when I'm ready to start the commission very soon.• No refunds after the payment completion and I start working on the piece.• If I cannot deliver for any reasons a refund can be arranged.• If there is any issue with your Paypal regarding refund requests, you MUST contact me as soon as possible so that the situation can be resolved.

Deadlines:

• Please allow up to 1 week to a month after payment completion.• More complex requests may take a little bit longer to be complete.• No sudden rush unless stated before. Priority commissions requested to be finished by a specific deadline has a 50% fee of the full price.• I'll notify in advance if I have to pause the commission progress for any particular reason.

Process:

• I'll send WIPs throughout the process as I work on your comm but the client has the right to request an update at any time.• I draw slowly as I do not want to rush the drawing for I wanted to give my best, so do keep it in mind when commissiong me.• The final piece will be sent to the client by email as a 350 DPI PNG file, both small watermark ver. and no watermark ver. The client may ask for a transparent png version.

Revisions:

• Revisions can be made at the sketch and base colors for free. Pose and composition cannot be changed after the sketch phase.• ONLY MINOR CHANGES are allowed after lineart and during rendering.• If there are designs that I forgot to draw halfway, feel free to tell me. The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.• If you had sudden change of mind and wanted to change to another character, you are able to do so as long as I have not provided you the sketch yet.

Copyrights:

• I retain all rights to my illustrations and usage for samples and portfolio.• You may NOT claim the work as your own.• You are NOT authorized to change, modify or edit the final piece.• The commissioner can post my art freely and/use as profile picture icon, as long as there's with proper credits.

Use:

• Personal commissions are for personal use only (ex: pfp, banner, wallpaper, avatar, non-profit printing).• Unauthorized commercial use is strictly forbidden.• For commercial and merchandise related usage, it must be mentioned to include commercial usage fees.• While artist credit is not mandatory, it is highly appreciated.• It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to use my works in relation to crypto, NFT and AI related technologies.

Fazendo o pedido:

• O cliente é responsável por fornecer referências visualmente claras do personagem solicitado, como roupas, humor, expressões, etc.;• É necessário informar previamente se o cliente tem alguma especificação de tamanho de arquivo para a encomenda.• Lembre-se de que meu estilo artístico está em mudança constante, portanto, pode haver pequenas diferenças entre os exemplos e a ilustração que você receberá.

Pagamento e Reembolsos:

• Pagamento deve ser feito com antecedência, via Pix ou PayPal.• Só solicitarei o pagamento quando estiver próximo de começar a encomenda.• Não haverá reembolsos após a confirmação do pagamento e eu começar a trabalhar.• Caso eu não consiga entregar o trabalho por qualquer motivo, um reembolso será providenciado.• Se houver algum problema com sua conta PayPal em relação a solicitações de reembolso, você precisa entrar em contato comigo o mais rápido possível para que a situação possa ser resolvida.

Prazos:

• Aguarde de uma semana a um mês após a confirmação do pagamento.• Pedidos mais complexos podem levar um pouco mais de tempo para serem concluídos.• Atitudes como apressar a entrega do pedido de forma repentina não serão aceitas, a menos que seja acordado previamente. Encomendas prioritárias com prazo de entrega específico terão um acréscimo de 50% do valor total.• Avisarei com antecedência caso precise pausar o andamento da encomenda por algum motivo.

Processo:

• Enviarei atualizações do processo de criação (WIPs) ao longo do trabalho, mas o cliente tem o direito de solicitar uma atualização a qualquer momento.• Irei desenhar devagar, pois não quero apressar o processo e quero dar o meu melhor. Portanto, leve isso em consideração ao me encomendar um desenho.• A arte final será enviada ao cliente por e-mail como um arquivo PNG de 350 DPI, tanto na versão com uma pequena marca d'água quanto na versão sem marca d'água. O cliente pode solicitar uma versão PNG transparente.

Revisões:

• Revisões podem ser feitas gratuitamente no esboço e nas cores base. A pose e a composição não podem ser alteradas após a fase de esboço.• APENAS PEQUENAS ALTERAÇÕES são permitidas após a arte final e durante a renderização.• Se houver algum detalhe que eu tenha esquecido de desenhar, por favor, me avise.
