• Waiting list requests are made when there are no more slots available but the client wants to be notified about the next available slot in the current batch.• When you're on the waiting list, you don't have to send me in-depth details about the commission yet, just saying you'd be interested is enough! Once it's your turn, we can start talking further about your request.• When a new slot is available the client will be properly notified by me. If I send a message asking for order confirmation and I don't receive any response from the client within 2~3 days, I'll try to contact the client and ask again for confirmation.• Further delays will result in you losing your slot to another client, so it's very important to me that you keep in touch with me constantly if you really want to claim a slot!• I still have all the rights to decline or accept the commission request.

terms of service

Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.

Ordering and Revisions:

• The client is responsible to provide visually clear references of the character requested, such as clothing, mood, expressions, etc; this will help me visualize the clients requests faster.• It must be notified beforehand if the client has any size file specifications for the commission.• Revisions can be made at the sketch phase and base colors for free. Any revisions after lineart will be charged a fee of $5 per edit.• Please do not ask for major revisions (such as changing the pose, more than half of the body, etc.) after the line art is already done.• If there are designs that I forgot to draw halfway, feel free to tell me. The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.• I have the choice to decline any commission that I think is not within my skill level or something I'm uncomfortable with.

Payment, Deadlines and Refund Policy:

• Payments must be made through PayPal.• After you finish ordering, I will provide you an sketch in one week or less.• The payment must be made after the sketch approval and I will only proceed working on it after the full transaction is done. After this step, I will inform you the commission deadline.• Please allow up to 1 week to 2 months after payment completion. If I find that I'll take longer than the given period of time, I'll notify the commissioner beforehand.• As I am a full-time university student, deadlines will be increased during midterms and final semesters exams.• Priority commissions requested to be finished by a specific deadline has a 50% fee of the full price.• No refunds after the payment completion and I start working on the piece.• If there is any issue with your Paypal regarding refund requests, you MUST contact me as soon as possible so that the situation can be resolved.

Process:

• After the sketch approval and the full payment are made, a colored sketch will be sent to the client and changes regarding the colors will be made in this stage.• If you had sudden change of mind and wanted to change to another character, you are able to do so as long as I have not provided you the progress yet (sketch). If you plan to change character after receiving the sketch, there'll be a fee depending on how far into the process of current commission.• I will work on commissions randomly. This means I will work on the piece I'm the most inspired/comfortable with at the moment.• I draw slowly as I do not want to rush the drawing for I wanted to give my best, so do keep it in mind when commissiong me.• The client has the right to request an update at any time. Regardless of updates requests, I will send the commission stage and low quality updates of the artwork every 15 days to the client.• Please keep in mind that my art is frequently evolving, so there might be slight differences between the examples and the illustration you will receive.• The final piece will be sent to the client by email as a png file (watermark and non watermark ver). The client must notify me in advance if a transparent png or a jpeg versions is necessary.

Copyrights:

• The commissioner CANNOT use any art of mine for commercial purposes. My art is for personal non-profit use only.• The commissioner can post my art freely and/use as profile picture icon, as long as there's with proper credits.• You may NOT claim the work as your own.• You are NOT authorized to change, modify or edit the final piece.• I retain all rights over the finished artwork, however I will ask for the commissioner's consent if I want to share it publicity.• I reserve the right to use commissioned images in my portfolio unless explicitly negotiated otherwise.

Pagamento, Prazos e Reembolsos:

• Os pagamentos devem ser feitos pelo PayPal.• Depois que você terminar o pedido, eu lhe fornecerei um sketch em uma semana ou menos.• O pagamento deve ser feito após a aprovação desse sketch e eu só continuarei trabalhando nele após a transação completa ser concluída. Após esta etapa, eu lhe informarei o prazo final da commission.• Aguarde até 1 semana a 2 meses após a conclusão do pagamento. Se eu achar que vou demorar mais do que o período de tempo determinado, eu notificarei o cliente com antecedência.• Como sou uma estudante universitária em tempo integral, os prazos serão aumentados durante os exames de meio de semestre e provas finais.• Commissions de prioridade solicitadas para serem concluídas em um prazo específico têm uma taxa de 50% do preço total.• Não farei reembolsos após a conclusão do pagamento e eu começar a trabalhar na peça, uma vez que se trata de um trabalho personalizado.• Se houver algum problema com seu Paypal relacionado à pedidos de reembolso, você DEVE entrar em contato comigo o mais rápido possível para que a situação possa ser resolvida.

Processo:

• Após a aprovação do sketch inicial e o pagamento integral, um sketch colorido será enviado ao cliente e as mudanças em relação às cores serão feitas nesta etapa.• Se você teve mudança repentina de ideia e queira mudar para outro personagem, você pode fazer isso, desde que eu não tenha fornecido o progresso ainda (sketch). Se você planeja mudar de personagem após receber o esboço, haverá uma taxa dependendo de quão longe no processo da commission atual estiver.• Trabalharei nas commissions aleatoriamente. Isso significa que trabalharei na peça com a qual estiver mais inspirada/confortável no momento.• Eu desenho lentamente pois não quero apressar o desenho e desejo dar o meu melhor, então tenha isso em mente ao me commissionar.• O cliente tem o direito de solicitar uma atualização a qualquer momento. Independentemente de pedidos de atualização, informarei a situação da commission e enviarei atualizações da arte a cada 15 dias para o cliente.• Por favor, tenha em mente que minha arte está frequentemente evoluindo, então pode haver pequenas diferenças entre os samples e a ilustração que você receberá.• A peça final será enviada ao cliente por e-mail como um arquivo png (versão com marca d'água e sem marca d'água). O cliente deve me notificar com antecedência se uma versão png transparente ou jpeg for necessária.

• O cliente NÃO PODE usar nenhuma arte minha para fins comerciais. Minha arte é somente para uso pessoal sem fins lucrativos.• O cliente pode postar minha arte livremente e/ou usar como icon de foto de perfil, desde que tenham os créditos devidos.• Você NÃO pode reivindicar o trabalho como seu.• Você NÃO pode alterar, modificar ou editar a peça final.• Eu retenho todos os direitos sobre a arte finalizada, no entanto, pedirei o consentimento do cliente se eu quiser compartilhar a obra publicitariamente.• Eu me tenho o direito de usar imagens commissionadas em meu portfólio, a menos que explicitamente negociado antes.
